By accessing the Website, placing an order, or using any services provided by NVRFOUND, you ("User", "Customer", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. DEFINITIONS
"Account" means Your registered profile on the Website.
"Order" means A confirmed purchase request for products offered by NVRFOUND.
"Products" means T-shirts, apparel, and merchandise sold by NVRFOUND.
"Dispatch Days" means Wednesdays and Fridays, when orders are shipped.
"Store Credit" means a non-transferable credit issued to your registered account in lieu of a refund, valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and redeemable only on the Website.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using the Website, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Payment is processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party gateway. NVRFOUND does not store your payment information.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute final acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to:
Cancel or modify any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, misuse of the Website, or violation of these Terms.
If an order is cancelled by NVRFOUND after payment, a refund or store credit shall be issued in accordance with applicable law within 7–10 business days.

Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects or damaged items, subject to verification
No returns for change of mind, size issues, or style selection.
Exchanges available for size issues (subject to stock availability)
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Replacement or store credit offered (no cash refunds)
No cash refunds are offered except where required under applicable law, including but not limited to cases of order cancellation by NVRFOUND, non-delivery, or incorrect product delivery attributable to NVRFOUND
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website, including logos, graphics, text, and design, is the exclusive property of JPEGS CREATIVE PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

10. USER CONDUCT

5. WASH CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure your NVRFOUND apparel lasts longer, please follow these care instructions:
1. Wash inside out only.
This protects the print and fabric from friction and fading.
2. Machine wash cold or hand wash.
Use cold water to preserve color and fabric integrity.
3. Do not iron on print.
Ironing directly on the print can cause damage. If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out.
4. Air dry is recommended.
Hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.
5. Do not bleach.
Bleach can damage the fabric and fade the print.

This Return & Refund Policy governs the terms under which NVRFOUND accepts returns and processes refunds or replacements.
1. GENERAL POLICY
NVRFOUND does not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
Size or fit issues (exchanges available — see below)
Style or color preference
Buyer's remorse
Returns are accepted only for:
Manufacturing defects
Damaged products received
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe: Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Condition: Product must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In original packaging with all tags intact
Accompanied by the original invoice
Proof: Clear photographs or an unboxing video may be requested to validate the defect or damage.

4. RETURN SHIPPING
If your return is approved:
We will bear the return shipping cost for defective or damaged items

In non-serviceable areas, you may be asked to self-ship the product; we will reimburse return shipping charges upon receipt and inspection
5. INSPECTION & APPROVAL
Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 3 business days.
If the return passes inspection, you will be offered:
Replacement (same product, different size if requested and available)
Store Credit (non-transferable, valid for 90 days)
No cash refunds are offered except where required under applicable law, including cases of order cancellation by NVRFOUND, confirmed manufacturing defect where replacement is unavailable, or incorrect product delivery attributable to NVRFOUND.”
6. REJECTED RETURNS
We reserve the right to reject a return if:
The product fails quality inspection (used, washed, or damaged by customer)
Original tags, packaging, or invoice are missing
The return request was made beyond 7 days
The product was not approved for return in advance
Rejected products will be returned to you at your cost.
7. EXCHANGES (SIZE ISSUES)
If you receive the correct product but need a different size:
Exchanges are available, subject to stock availability
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
You will bear the return shipping cost
We will ship the replacement size at no additional cost

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the dispatch, transit, and delivery of orders placed through the NVRFOUND website, operated by JPEGS CREATIVE PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. DISPATCH SCHEDULE
All orders are dispatched twice a week:
Every Wednesday by 3:00 PM IST
Every Friday by 3:00 PM IST
Orders placed after dispatch cutoff times will be included in the next scheduled dispatch.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Estimated delivery: 5–6 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times are indicative and depend on:

Courier partner performance
Weather conditions or unforeseen delays
NVRFOUND does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Free delivery across India on all orders.
5. SERVICEABLE LOCATIONS
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout, and no payment will be processed.
6. SHIPPING PARTNER
Orders are shipped via third-party courier services. Once dispatched, you will receive:

You are responsible for monitoring your shipment using the tracking information provided.
7. FAILED DELIVERY & RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Recipient unavailability
Refusal to accept delivery
The package may be returned to our facility (RTO). In such cases:
Original shipping charges remain non-refundable
Re-dispatch will require confirmation and advance payment of re-shipping charges
8. RISK & LIABILITY
Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, NVRFOUND is not liable for:
Delays in transit
Loss, theft, or damage during shipping
Orders marked "delivered" but not received by the customer
